Echocardiographer
Our leading client is looking for an experienced Echocardiographer to join their fast growing team! You will use your expertise to help scan patients for a variety of reasons and deliver results to the provider. This positions offers a fun and flexible family environment.
Responsibilities of Echocardiographer:
- Conduct routine transthoracic echocardiograms to assess heart function, structure, and blood flow, ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate diagnostic data.
- Educate patients about the echocardiography procedure, ensure their comfort during exams, and gather relevant medical history and clinical information.
- Operate and maintain echocardiography machines, ensuring they are clean, functional, and properly calibrated for precise imaging.
- Work closely with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret echocardiographic findings and contribute to patient care planning.
Education & Requirements
- 2+ years experience as Echo Tech required
- Adult echocardiography experience required, Pediatric experience is a plus
- RDCS with the ARDMS or CCI
