Occupational Therapist
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to help patients regain and maintain optimal physical function by supporting the achievement of individualized goals developed collaboratively with patients, physicians, and the therapy team. This includes providing education, designing independent exercise programs, and recommending appropriate activity modifications to support continued progress after discharge.
Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.

Active, unencumbered license to practice Occupational Therapy.

Proficiency with basic computer functions and the ability to navigate electronic health record systems and service delivery software.
