Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist patients in regaining optimal physical function and support the achievement of therapy goals developed in collaboration with patients, physicians, and the care team. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) and Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), this role involves providing instruction to patients on how to maintain functional gains following discharge through education, home exercise programs, and appropriate activity modifications.
Education & Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.

Current and valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in good standing.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic health records and service delivery software.
