Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, provide direct support to students with special needs, and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students
– Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
– Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
– Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student goals
– Support students with communication, social, and daily living skills as needed
– Maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
Qualifications:
-Active RBT certification required
– Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to follow behavior plans consistently
Schedule & Pay:
School hours, Monday–Friday
Competitive pay based on experience
