Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year | School-Based
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting for the upcoming school year. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with behavioral and developmental needs in the classroom.
Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA, providing direct one-on-one or small group behavioral support, collecting and documenting behavioral data, assisting with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, collaborating with teachers and support staff to maintain consistency across environments, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Qualifications include current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or eligibility to obtain certification, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with students who have behavioral or developmental needs. Prior experience in school, clinical, or ABA settings is preferred but not required.
