Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide school-based services to students. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy to support students’ mobility, access to the learning environment, and achievement of IEP goals.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
– Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
– Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
– Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEPs and state/federal requirements.
– Participate in IEP meetings and goal development.
Qualifications:
– Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
– Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
– School or pediatric experience preferred.
