What are the requirements to join IDR Healthcare?

Pre-Hire Documents to Travel Far with IDR:

  • At least one year(s) of recent clinical experience in your modality 
  • Valid License in the field and state you are applying (RN, LPN, CNA)
  • Resume
  • Skills Checklist 
  • 2 Professional References (Supervisor, Manager, or Director) 
  • Current Certifications – AHA BLS (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC or any other specialty specific certifications)
