Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: School-Based | Illinois

We’re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in a school setting. This role focuses on evaluations, intervention planning, and collaboration with educational teams to help students access the curriculum and school environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations

  • Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans

  • Provide individual and group therapy services

  • Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active Illinois State OT License (IDFPR) required

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
